1. PRIVACY, PURPOSE, PERSONAL DATA AND YOUR RIGHTS
Fightway AB here after FightLife, is responsible for the processing of personal data you provide to us as a customer. We process your personal data in order to manage your order and, where applicable, to send newsletters or promotional offers tailored to your individual preferences. Below is a summary of how we store and process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. PRIVACY – WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
FightLife values your privacy and ensures compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR (2016/679/EU), which aims to strengthen protection for individuals regarding personal data processing within the European Union.

3. PURPOSE – WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
FightLife processes your personal data, with your consent, to administer your order and user account, verify identity, provide customer benefits like discounts and offers (both general and personalized), and to analyze the data collected to deliver a more personalized experience.

4. PAYMENT PROVIDER
When completing a purchase, data is shared with our payment providers. The stored data includes first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay via invoice, your personal ID number will also be stored by the payment provider. This information is necessary to complete the purchase and protect both parties from fraud. Our payment providers include: Stripe and Swish.

5. SHIPPING COMPANIES
To deliver your order and fulfill our contract, we share relevant data with shipping companies. Shared information includes first name, last name, and delivery address. Your email and/or mobile number may also be shared for delivery notifications. Our shipping partners include: DHL Freight, DHL Express, and Postnord.

6. NEWSLETTERS
If you’ve subscribed to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider to keep you updated with information and marketing offers.

7. DIRECT MARKETING
Purpose of processing: When you sign up for news, invitations, and offers (direct marketing), we process your personal data to provide the services you've requested. Our direct marketing is based on profiling, which means we tailor the information you receive based on certain factors. We use the following personal data to create a profile: your gender, position, purchase history, website behavior, and previous marketing interactions.

Legal basis: Processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining strong customer relationships.

Storage period: If you unsubscribe from our marketing (including profiling), we will no longer process your data for that purpose. We will also delete your data unless there is another legal basis to retain it (e.g., a valid purchase agreement).

8. CART REMINDER
Purpose of processing: If you begin a purchase on our website and provide your email but don’t complete the checkout, we will send a reminder email with a link to your cart.
Legal basis: Processing is based on our and your legitimate interest in completing your purchase.
Storage period: We delete your data within one month of the reminder unless another legal basis applies. You can opt out by contacting [email protected].

9. FOLLOW-UP EMAIL
Purpose of processing: Seven days after a completed purchase, we send an email asking for feedback or a recommendation.
Legal basis: Processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining good customer relationships.
Storage period: We delete your data after one year unless there is another legal basis to keep it (e.g., a valid purchase agreement). You can opt out by contacting

10. WEBSITE USAGE
Purpose of processing: When using our website, your personal data is processed to improve the site and for marketing purposes.
Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in improving the website and for remarketing purposes. More information is provided in the Cookies section.

Personal data – what data do we collect?
Examples of personal data collected for the above purposes include name, email, personal ID number, contact information, and purchase history.

FightLife processes both the data you provide during purchases or at a later time, as well as data we collect from other sources, such as updated contact information.

Providing consent to process your data is voluntary. By submitting your information to FightLife, you agree that FightLife may register and store your purchases and retain this information for 36 months after your last purchase, and process your data for the purposes mentioned above until further notice.

Rights – how long is my data stored?
Under GDPR, your rights concerning how your data is processed have been expanded.

Your data is stored for as long as you are a customer of Fightway, and for the time thereafter needed to fulfill the purposes mentioned above.

11. ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, AND DELETION OF YOUR DATA
You have the right, free of charge, once per year, to request a record of the personal data we process about you. You also have the right to request correction of any incorrect data. In some cases, you may request the deletion of your data, for instance if you have not given consent or have withdrawn it.

12. WITHDRAWING CONSENT
If we process your data based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time with immediate effect.

13. OBJECTING TO DIRECT MARKETING
If you do not want us to process your data for direct marketing purposes, you may object by emailing [email protected].

14. OBJECTING TO PROCESSING BASED ON LEGITIMATE INTERESTS
You may object to processing based on legitimate interest if you believe your privacy outweighs our reason for processing. To continue processing your data after such an objection, we must demonstrate overriding legitimate reasons.

15. RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY
You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data you have provided to us in a structured format. This right only applies to data that you have provided and that we process on certain legal grounds, such as an agreement.
